For delightfully funky vintage shopping, head to Rélique near République. I may not be blessed with artistic talent, but after a trip to the Musée d’Orsay, I can pick up some handmade papers and their vibrant high pigment oil pastels and briefly fancy myself as the next Degas. -Liam Hess
